President Biden tested positive for the coronavirus again on Saturday morning.

his White House doctor said Saturday, attributing the result to "rebound" positivity from treatment the US president received

In accordance with Centres for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines, Mr. Biden will reenter isolation for at least five full days.

White House physician Dr. Kevin O'Connor said in a letter that Biden “has experienced no reemergence of symptoms, and continues to feel quite well”.

Biden's positive test is believed to be a "rebound" experienced by some COVID patients who take the anti-viral drug Paxlovid,
